The weather is calm: mostly dry and mild through midweek, with rain returning late Thursday into Friday. The real-world problem is the measles outbreak in Pennsylvania and New York, and long-running drought is still drying up private wells in Maine.

Drops to Green if weekly measles case counts in Pennsylvania and New York keep slowingGoes Orange if measles spreads into a large metro school system or the late-week coastal low strengthens more than forecast

Maine drought keeps private wells low
